Major Hilda Harvey

HARVEY Major Hilda Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her parents: Thomas and Violet Harvey. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her brother: Robert, Cambridge Ontario, and her nieces and nephews in Ontario. Also mourning her passing are special friends: Glenys and Frazer Woodland and the members of the Duffett family, who she considered her extended Newfoundland Family; the Salvation Army Retired Officers; and her friends at the Glenbrook Villa where she resided for the last 12 years before recently moving to Hillcrest Estates. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 2 at 11:00 am. Due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19, the service will be live streamed.
