Mary A. Leonard — ST JOHN'S

LEONARD Mary A. (nee Everard) July 2,1925 - June 20, 2019 Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on Thursday, June 20, 2019, Mary A. Leonard in her 94th year. Predeceased by her husband, Cosmas Leonard and their infant son, parents Edward (Ned) and Lucy Everard, brothers Denis Everard, John Everard and Gerald Everard, sister Genevieve Johnston, brothers -in – law Art Johnston and Harold Johnston and sisters-in-law Dorothy Everard and Colleen Everard. Leaving to mourn their sad loss, are her eight children: daughters Mary Leonard, Anne Leonard, Irene (Marty) Howlett, Carol (Brendan) Chafe; sons Damian (Andrea), Lawrence (Pauline), Randy (Hilson), Terry (Corona). Also 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, as well as her sister Margaret Johnston, sister-in -law Peggy Everard, numerous nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends. Visitation will be held at Caul's Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 5pm- 9pm and on Sunday June 23, 2019 from 1pm – 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Kevin's Church, Goulds on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 10am. Interment to follow at St. Kevin's Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
