REDDY Mary A. Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge on Wednesday, December 10, 2019, Mary A. Reddy. Predeceased by parents Patrick and Margaret (nee O’Neill); sister Carmel (Geoffrey Prior - deceased); brothers Loyola (Mary); Michael (Ann) and Aidan. Also predeceased by his special nephew Eric Prior (Colette). Celebrating her life is her sister Angela (Jack Bavis - deceased); her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and the many friends who were blessed to have her in their lives. A heart felt thank you to the staff at Glenbrook Lodge for their exceptional care, their love and compassion. Mary was a devoted daughter, a loyal sister and sister-in-law, a loving and caring aunt; a seamstress and creative costume designer to those of us who couldn’t sew ( you know who you are !!); a great cook; a lover of all animals, especially cats (Princess), dogs (Paddy) and horses (Belle); a volunteer with the Gathering Place and a member of the Positive Thinkers Club; a yogi, sharing a dedication to the lifestyle practices of yoga; and a dedicated legal secretary with over 50 years of service – first with Mr. James Gibbs and then with Mr. David Baird. Above all, Mary was compassionate, kind, generous and always a lady. She will be greatly missed. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Thursday from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with Funeral Service to follow, from Caul’s Chapel on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 1 p.m. with cremation to follow. Inurnment at a later date. No flowers by request, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
