Melvin PARDY

PARDY Melvin G. Passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Centre, St. John’s, NL. Predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Margaret Pardy (nee Dunne); his parents, Emmanuel and Myrtle Pardy (nee Matterface); sisters, Geraldine Tode and Dorothy Wilson (Bill) and his brothers, Harvey Pardy and Junior Pardy. Left with fond and loving memories are his children, Peggy Lockyer (Morgan) and Gary Pardy (Kelly); brother, Boyd Pardy (Gail); sisters, Velda Furlong (Jack), Dale Burke (Webster) and Sharon Kelly (Mike); his grandchildren, Tyler Pardy and Stephanie Byrne (Elfadil); great-grandchildren, Amjed, Sofia, Somoya and Yasin as well as many nieces and nephews. Thanks to all the Palliative Care staff, especially Dr. McManamon, Dr. Rogers, Dr. Furlong and special thanks to Kelly Collins RN for your support. Cremation has taken place. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a small private burial will take place at a later date.
