WHITTEN Milton June 29, 1929 – April 1, 2020 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather, Milton Whitten, age 90, at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Predeceased by parents Robert and Margaret Whitten, mother and father-in-law Frederick and Lucilla Chafe, brothers Clyde, Gordon (Dot), Jack (Edith), sisters Mildred Thorne (Ed), Phyllis Janes (Jack) and brothers-in-law George Chafe and Gordon Smith. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 59 years, Jean (nee Chafe), daughter Roz White (Fred), son Ron (Carolyn Burry), and precious grandchildren who were the light of his life Danielle and Vannessa White, Emily, Matthew, Noah and Jonathan Whitten; sisters-in-law Audrey Smith and Agnes Whitten, nieces, nephews, and a large circle of relatives and friends.A sincere thank-you to the doctors, nurses and homecare worker Josie who looked after him over the last number of months. Cremation has taken place. Due to the current Public Health Advisory of COVID-19, there will be no service at this time. Visitation and funeral service will take place at a later date.
