WALSH Nicholas Albert Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 surrounded by his loving family, Mr. Nicholas Albert Walsh of Bay Roberts (formerly of St. John’s), aged 82 years. Predeceased by his parents: Francis & Bride (nee Murphy); granddaughter Lauren; sister Libby (Kevin) O’Neill; brothers: John Walsh, Bill (Shelia) Walsh; brother-in-law Doug Shano. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is his devoted wife Elizabeth (nee Coady); daughters: Anna (Raymond) Whalen, Patricia (Graham) Crane; sons: Frank Walsh, Ed (Rose) Walsh, Brian Walsh, Nick Walsh Jr., Kevin Walsh (Sharrlyn); sisters: Frances Shano, Catherine (John) Power; brothers: Cyril (Shelia) Walsh; sister-in-law Mary Walsh; grandchildren: Matthew, Marcus, Andrew, Steven, Joshua, David, Mason, Caleb, Simon, Alexander; great grandson Sonny. Resting at Moore’s Funeral Home, Bay Roberts with visitation on Thursday: 2 – 5 PM; 7 – 9 PM; Friday: 10 – 12 Noon; 2 – 5 PM; 7 – 9 PM. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 10:30 AM from All Hallows Roman Catholic Church, North River with interment to follow at Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Janeway Children’s Health Foundation.
