Nora Fry — ST JOHN'S

FRY Nora (nee Harris) It is with heavy hearts that the Family of Nora Fry, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Sister-in-law announce her passing on Sunday May 19, 2019 at age 78 years. Mom passed peacefully away after a long courageous battle with cancer with her loving family by her side. Nora is predeceased by her husband John “Charlie” Fry; parents Hubert and Mary Harris; infant brother Harvey; sisters Lillian O’Neill and Bessie Kelly; brother Charles Harris; sisters-in-law Loretta Harris and Debbie Pierce; brothers-in-law Edward O’Neill and Herb Kelly; parents-in-law Florence and Raymond Pierce; and father-in-law Jack Fry. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her four children: Randy (Connie), Wanda (Tim) Bouzane, Sherry (Jerome) Osmond and Tim (Tammy); grandchildren: Joshua Fry, Jeremy (Maria) and Matthew (Julie) Osmond; Timothy and Breanna Bouzane, Amber Lynn Fry, Eric and Adam Long; her two special great-granddaughters who always brightened up her darkest days, her little “Cupcake” Mia Laura Fry and her little “Muffin” Arabella Nora Fry; brother Bill (Betty) Harris; sister Barbara; brother-in-law Jim (Donna) Fry, Terry Pierce, Stan Pierce, Raymond Pierce, Peter (Rhonda) Pierce and Shawn (Patsy) Pierce; sister-in-law Helena (Dave) Hollett, Sheila (Herb) Feaver and Veronica Harvey; special Aunt Doll (Mercedes Williams); close family and friends: Bill and Minnie Cofield and family, Clarence and Patsy Hynes and family, Vince and Rose Oakley and family, Lisa and Robert Powell and family, and Barry and Jackie O’Reilly and family; as well as a large circle of other family and friends. The Family would like to thank Dr Louise Rogers, Dr Cheryl Hurley and the amazing nurses and staff at The L.A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit, also Community Health nurse Penney. We would also like to thank Dr Ahmad and the staff at The Dr H Bliss Murphy Centre. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 and Friday, May 24th, 2019 from 2 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25th, 2019 from Caul’s Chapel at 12 p.m. Burial on Monday, May 27th, 2019 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at a time to be announced. Flowers graciously accepted, or donations in Nora’s memory may be made to the Gathering Place or the L. A. Miller Centre’s Palliative Care Unit.“Rest Easy Mom, you are reunited with Dad.
