Patricia “Patsy” Margaret Ward

WARD Patricia “Patsy” Margaret Nov. 28, 1950 – May 27, 2020 On Wednesday, May 27, 2020 the Lord decided it was time for Patsy to enter eternal rest and sent two Angels to guide her home, following a long battle with dementia, cancer and other health ailments. Predeceased by her partner Sam “Sambo” Spurrell, her parents Reginald and Elizabeth “Betty” Ward, her beloved sister Cindy Vickers, brothers-in-law: Edward Clarke, Tom Finn, Ted Moore and Gerard Scott. Leaving to mourn her only daughter Sandra (Gordon Chafe); grandchildren whom she thought the world of, Samantha and Keith, who was her personal porter when he would visit; sisters: Debbie Puddister (Walter), Gail Clarke, Barbara Scott (Dick Hussey), Judy, Carol Finn, Daphne Ward (Edward Sinnott) and Joan Moore; brothers: Keith (Elaine), Perry “Bucky”, Reggie (Janet), Wayne (Michelle), Monty (Carol) and Richard (Maureen); brother-in-law Kenny Vickers; Sam’s children Cathy, Jean, Michael, Michelle and their families; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including life-long friend Daphne Breen (Mike). We will always remember Patsy’s witty personality, quick comebacks and sense of humor, as well as how she dearly loved music and a feed of wings, chips, dressing and gravy with a Pepsi. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
