Peter St. John

Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on November 10th, 2018, Peter Francis St. John, aged 79 years. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Catherine; sisters: Madeline and Hilda; and brother June. Leaving with fond and loving memories his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth; children: John (Donna), Donna (Dave) Tommy (Mary) and Rhonda (Mike); grandchildren: Chad (Heidi), Riley, Evan and Jason; great-grandchildren: Heavyn and Tucker; brothers: John, Joe, Gerald and David; morning buddy Pat; special friend Cook Collins; gravel pit campers; the Hennessey family; numerous nieces and nephews, and a large circle of family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Bussey and Dr. Leung as well as the staff of 6E of St. Clare’s for all of their care and support. The family would also like to express sincere gratitude to Dr. Darcy for his exceptional care. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, November 11th, 2018 from 5-9 p.m, Monday, November 12th, 2018 from 1-9 p.m and Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 from 1-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 at 9:30 from St. John Bosco Church, Shea Heights, with interment to follow at The Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Southlands. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peter’s memory may be made to the School Lunch Program, or to the food bank.
