Philippa Lauzon

LAUZON PHILIPPA JANE Lisa & Donald Hurd are deeply saddened to say that their first born child and elder daughter, Philippa Jane Lauzon, died in hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia on July 31, 2020, after a lengthy illness. She was 59 years old. She will be deeply missed by us, and the rest of her loving family and friends in St. John’s, Halifax, Calgary and Toronto. Philippa took great joy in recent years in Facetiming with her two little grand daughters and her emails were filled with pictures of them. She dearly loved animals, particularly cats and dogs, and she was devastated when she had to give up her beloved cats for adoption because she could no longer care for them. Although she loved all 3 her favourite was her big fluffy roly poly cat because he was very funny and made her laugh. Donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
