Regina (Jean) Grace Laurie

LAURIE Regina (Jean) Grace August 12, 1944 - July 11, 2019 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Regina Laurie on July 11, 2019, under the compassionate care of those at the Palliative Care Centre of the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre. Predeceased by her parents James & Bridget Laurie, siblings John, Richard, Wayne & Mary, and special friend Mary Eddy. Leaving to mourn with fond memories her daughters Valerie (Steven) and Wanda (John); grandchildren Sara (Stephen), Shawna (Matthew) and Liam (Kelsey); great-grandchildren Charlotte & Max; siblings Michael (Alexa), Edward (Lillian), James (Helen), Kevin (Brenda), Eleanor (Peter) & Philip; cousin Brian Lawlor and special friend Marg Cranford, as well as a long list of extended family and friends. Special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Palliative Care Unit, your compassion and empathy has not gone unnoticed. Cremation has taken place, with funeral arrangements to occur at a later date. If you so wish, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Regina's name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
