SMITH Ruby L. Mrs. Ruby L. Smith of Bishops Cove, passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Friday September 13, 2019. Mrs. Smith was 84 years old. She leaves to mourn: Husband: Nigel Smith, Son: Gary N. (Maxine) Smith, Daughter: Debbie L. (Jacques) DuToit, Granddaughters: Rosa, Maia & Sydney, Siblings: Shirley Stanley, Margaret Randell, John (Alice) Adams, Flora Bishop, Winston (Gertie) Adams & Maurice (Ellen) Adams. And a large circle of family & close friends. Pre-deceased By: Parents: Rosella & Esau Adams, Brother: Clyde (Mary) Adams, Brothers-in-law: Chesley Moody, Barry Stanley & Maurice Randell. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from the St. John the Evangelist Church, Bishops Cove, with interment to follow at St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery, Upper Island Cove. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME, CRANES ROAD, UPPER ISLAND COVE on Tuesday: 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M. & Wednesday: 10:30 A.M. - 1 P.M.
