Sister Bride (Formerly Sister M. Alicia) Budgell

BUDGELL Sister Bride (formerly Sister M. Alicia) Passed peacefully away at Presentation Convent, Cathedral Square, St. John’s on Saturday, March 28, 2020, aged 85 years. Predeceased by her parents William and Mary Alice (Roberts) and her brother John of Fortune Harbour. Leaving to mourn and celebrate her life are the Presentation Sisters, her sister-in-law Mary; her relatives and friends, especially those at the Basilica. Cremation will take place. A virtual vigil will be held at a time to be announced. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist when the pandemic restrictions are over.
