MCGRATH Thomas D. Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre. Thomas D. McGrath, aged 71 years. Predeceased by his parents John and Eileen; special uncle and aunt Edward and Helen Parsons; brother Bill; sister Anne; special niece Roxanne; mother and father-in-law Bette and Derm Kennedy; brother-in-law Pat; sister-in-law Jen. Left with fond and loving memories his wife of 50 years Debby (nee Kennedy); children Tom (Sue), Bob (Kim) and Krista (Chris); brothers and sisters Jean, Cathy (Paul), Kevin, Dorothy and Mike (Karen); grandchildren Ben, Allie, Matt, Emily, Nicholas, Haylee, Hannah and Nicola; brothers and sisters-in-law Marion (Gerry), Andrea (Chris), Donna (Donny) and Rhonda (Bob). As well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff on 4SB Health Sciences Centre and to all his special friends for their care and kindness given to Tom over the years. It will never be forgotten. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, TORBAY. Visitation on Monday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Torbay. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in his name to the Parkinson’s Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
