Preston Stewart — Georgetown, P.E.I.
Age 87, after suffering complications from a severe fall, passed away last Thursday in Montague hospital. Folks in the New Glasgow area will remember him and his wife at Stewart's Store on Willow Avenue that they operated for many years before their retirement in Georgetown, P.E.I. Preston is survived by his wife, Lillian; childen, Rob (Cora),
Karen McCaffrey, Duane (Lisa); grandchildren, Robin, Megan Baines, Kirsten and James McCaffrey; great-grandchild, Eva Bains; and sister, Verna Pidgeon (Donald). He was predeceased by son, Bruce; parents, Angus and Frances Stewart; and siblings, Byron, Gordon, Earl, Geraldine, Angus Abner and Alden. Private burial will be held in Seaview (Pictou) at a later date.
