Walter Walsh

Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, Walter Walsh, aged 86 years of Holyrood. Predeceased by his parents: Laura and Michael, his brothers: Albert, Cyril, Kenneth, Michael, Matthew, Joseph and Leonard, grandson Sean and son-in-law John. Left with fond and loving memories are his devoted wife of 66 years, Geraldine (nee Mason), his daughters: Eileen (Ole), Geraldine and Anne Healey (Wayne), his sons: Wally (Shirley), Patrick (Colleen), Edward and Wayne, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, brother-in-law John, sisters in-law: Dorothy, Helena, Ann, Bern, Hilda and Christine, numerous nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Friday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral will take place at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 12, 2019 with Mass of Christian Burial from Holy Cross Church, Holyrood. Cremation to follow. Inurnment to take place at a later date.
