NICOL Earl Francis (Frank) Earl Francis Nicol (Frank) – In his 94th year Frank passed peacefully away on Tuesday, April 6th at Saint Patrick’s Mercy Home. Predeceased by his parents Stella Gertrude & James Roy Nicol; brother James Roy and sister Shirley Gertrude Learning; and his beloved wife of 51 years Nellie Blanche (Mansfield). Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are his daughter Sharon Smyth (Peter): son Paul (Pam): beloved grandchildren Erin Smyth and Victoria Smyth (Scott, Denton & Sam Sexsmith), Adam Nicol; Jennifer Webber (Shawn). Great grandson Tobias Webber; Sister-in-law Susie Mansfield (New Melborne); Nieces & Nephews, other relatives & friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 7-9 pm, and Thursday, April 8 from 12pm - 2pm. A funeral service will take place on Thursday 2:00 pm at Barrett’s Chapel. For those who wish to view the service from the comfort of their homes it will be live streamed and the link will be posted at www.barretts.ca Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery Forest Road. Donations may be made in Frank’s memory to Saint Patrick’s Mercy Home. We are so grateful for the wonderful care he received from the staff during his stay at the home. The whole family would like to express appreciation for the above and beyond private nursing care that Sharon provided her dad.
