William (Bill) Joseph BURSEY

BURSEY William (Bill) Joseph Mr. William Joseph Bursey passed away suddenly surrounded by his family on Friday, April 19, 2019 at the age of 66 years. Bill is survived by his loving wife Charmaine (nee Dunn) of 45 years, daughter Charlene Reardon (Darren), son William Junior (BJ) and proud grandparent of Kalem and Jayden. Survived by his siblings Debbie Maynard (Neil), Marie Bursey, Sue O’Keefe (John), Gerard Bursey (Linda) and Kim DeBourke (Ken). Sisters and brothers in law Ellen Maher (Bill), John Dunne (Alda), Scarlett Hann (Bill) and Mary Lou Dunn (Rick). He was predeceased by his parents Bill and Mary (nee Olsen) Bursey and a large circle of extended family and good friends. Bill is remembered for the many years he worked in the trucking industry and the abundance of friendships he forged. A unique personality, he was able to touch the lives of many. His strong devotion to his wife, children, grand children and son-in-law felt larger than life itself. Bill treasured his life-long friendships and worked daily to keep in contact with those important to him. To know Bill was to know the feeling of acceptance. He is known for his huge personality and we are all blessed to have been part of his life and to have loved him. Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation and Funeral Service will be announced on Caul’s website when details are available. Inurnment at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, contributions in his memory to Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
