SAUNDERS Gladys Marie Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, April 9, 2021, Gladys Marie Saunders (nee Butler) age 77 years. Predeceased by her parents: Baxter and Agnes Butler; brothers: John, Allan and Baxter Jr. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Alonzo Saunders; her children: John Saunders, Lori Power (Mark) and Todd Saunders (Jennifer); grandchildren: Ryan, Emily, Allan, Katie, Tori and Paige; brothers: Harold Butler (Dorothy), Mike Butler (Marie); sisters: Mary Temple (Jim) and Ann Phair (Ray); also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, NL on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at The Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Galway.
