I think The Telegram’s Nov. 10th editorial cartoon depicting Natural Resources Minister Siobhan Coady making a comment that Quebec “better not be handing us a line” was an unfortunate choice, to say the least. It’s just fuelling the anti-Quebec sentiment that politicians have been using for decades.

It is way past time for us, as a province, to work together with our nearest neighbour for our mutual benefit, and Quebec Premier Philippe Cuillard seems to be making all the right noises, as is the federal government.
