I am terribly disappointed in the recent ruling of Alphonsus Faour and the N.L. Supreme Court denying compensation in civil court to victims of the Mount Cashel abuse trial.
Perhaps if they had been forced to watch a very well-produced movie, “Spotlight” from 2015 about the same problem with the Catholic Church in the Boston area, they would have had a different opinion.
