Is the Liberal Party of Canada, the Prime Minister’s Office, the prime minister and his cabinet losing all their marbles? Is this the new vision of Canada that PM Justin Trudeau and his utterly high cabinet are pushing — first, the soon to be legalized sale of marijuana and second, welcoming home to Canada former Canadian citizens who fought for ISIS and its terrorist beliefs and values?

Whatever is brewing in the Canadian political pot in Ottawa, Canada and the Canadian public at large, have a very serious problem.

And Canada is doing what? Allowing ISIS terrorists to reintegrate into Canadian society without raising any concerns or awareness? What?

Isn’t anyone concerned with recent announcements regarding Canadian ISIS members returning home to Canada and getting a free pass from the Canadian government, the justice system, the Canadian Armed Forces, the Department of Public Safety and the like? What is the government trying to prove, that Canada is a model to the world, that we want to be recognized as the “best” and “most” peaceful country to live in; that we “love” our enemies? Is this for real?

Seriously, what is going on in the government of Canada, or is it the bureaucrats who are spewing out this bile for the rest of us to swallow? Has the government, under the leadership of Trudeau, lost its way?

ISIS members are terrorists. They execute people. For years now, we have watched them decapitate journalists and captured soldiers. We have watched in horror as they murdered thousands to spread their fear and strict beliefs. They have destroyed irreplaceable historic artifacts and buildings without giving it a second thought. They have raped and plundered everyone and everything in their path. Canadians were part of that!

And Canada is doing what? Allowing ISIS terrorists to reintegrate into Canadian society without raising any concerns or awareness? What? There are an estimated 200-plus former Canadian citizens who joined ISIS voluntarily and fought against the values and democratic beliefs of countries like Canada. Aren’t they traitors?

The United Kingdom is not welcoming former ISIS members there. France is not welcoming them. The United States of America is not welcoming them. In fact, if given the opportunity, these countries plan to annihilate them for their atrocities against humanity.

Shouldn’t we be outraged at this Canadian government or any Canadian government for even thinking what they’re thinking? Shouldn’t we be protesting this kind of thinking in every community and province of Canada? Where do the other political parties stand on this? Are they supporting the Liberal government by their silence? Isn’t ISIS a significant threat to our values, security and way of life, won by gallant and courageous Canadian men and women in previous world wars?

Perhaps our leaders have jumped the gun on the legalization of pot and are a little too high on the fumes of their own wonderfulness to worry about the everyday lives and safety of its citizens.

Isn’t this government putting the Canadian public at significant risk? Canadians will have to become far more vigilant than at any time in our history if this government proceeds with this unpopular approach to welcoming former Canadian ISIS fighters back to our shores. Don’t expect to see the names of these former ISIS Canadians or their choice of Canadian province in the press anytime soon. After all, the Canadian government and its Department of Public Safety will do its best to keep them safe, hidden and protected, perhaps not so much for Canadian citizens across the country.

Will there be victory parades for them when they return to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and other provinces? Will they be presented with medals of honour for the atrocities they committed? Will they be there to honour our Canadian war dead who fought gallantly to protect our values, freedoms, rights and privileges as many Canadians voluntarily choose to do each Nov. 11? Not only are they terrorists, they are traitors to Canada and everything that represents Canada. Shouldn’t they all be charged with treason?

Maybe, as is often suggested, Canada is a soft touch, a would-be safe haven for law-abiding, loving terrorists and traitors. They feel safe here. They feel at home here.

Oh Canada? We love thee crying land!
