I read with interest Russell Wangersky’s column “Equal rights for all?” in the April 10 edition of The Telegram.

Case in point: in 2006 Adventure Tours Inc., operator of the tour boat Scademia, was effectively put out of business by the St. John’s Port Authority. Owner Charlie Anonsen launched a lawsuit and has been waiting for more than 10 years for his day in court.
Small independent business versus a federal government enterprise. Ten years! Where is the justice in that?
