Baseball pitcher Graham King is The Telegram sports department’s choice as athlete of the week.
King pitched a complete-game, two-hit gem last Monday night in Game 7 of the St. John’s Molson Senior Baseball League final at St. Pat’s Ball Park.
OMT Shamrocks won their third straight league championship with a 4-0 win over the RMM Gonzaga Vikings.
King, a 17-year-old Gonzaga high school student, struck out one, and issued only a couple of free passes.
