Monday's game between the visiting Colorado Rockies and Washington Nationals was postponed to a severe weather forecast, shortly before its scheduled start time.
The Nationals announced the news at 6:33 p.m. ET, with the game scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
The game will be made up with a split doubleheader on Wednesday, with the first game at 1:05 p.m. and the second at 7:05 p.m.
The series will now begin with Tuesday's regularly scheduled game at 7:05 p.m.
