There were two one-run decisions as the St. John’s Molson Senior Baseball League returned to action Wednesday night after a two-week break in the schedule.
At St. Pat’s Ball Park, Holy Cross Trinity Pub trimmed the OMT Shamrocks 6-5, the Roebothan McKay Marshall Gonzaga Vikings edged Feildians 3-2.
With its win, first-place Holy Cross (9-3) maintains a four-point lead over the second-place Vikings (7-6).
The Shamrocks (6-7) , who had been tied with Gonzaga, fall back to third.
