EditorsNote: Edit 1: Minor fixes

Luis Arraez went 4-for-4 with three doubles and three RBIs as the Minnesota Twins secured home field advantage for the Wild Card Series with a 7-3 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday night in Minneapolis.

Max Kepler had two doubles and scored three times, Eddie Rosario also doubled and drove in two runs for Minnesota (36-23), which improved to a major league best 24-6 at home while bashing eight doubles, one off the team's single-game record.

The Twins can clinch their second consecutive American League Central title with a victory in Sunday's finale or a loss by the Chicago White Sox.

Tyler Clippard (2-1) picked up the win with a scoreless inning of relief.

Joey Votto went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI and Shogo Akiyama had two hits and scored a run for Cincinnati (30-29), which suffered just its third loss in the last 13 games. Luis Castillo (4-6), touched for four runs on six hits in four innings, took the loss.

Cincinnati, which clinched its first postseason berth since 2013 with a victory in Friday night's series opener, took a 2-0 lead in the first inning. Votto's double drove in Akiyama, who had led off the game with a single and stole second, and Mike Moustakas drove in Jesse Winkler on a sacrifice fly.

Minnesota cut it to 2-1 in the bottom of the first when Arraez doubled, advanced to third on a groundout by Rosario and scored on a single by Nelson Cruz.

The Twins then took a 3-2 lead in the third with three consecutive doubles by Kepler, Arraez and Rosario, the latter two long drives off the bottom of the wall.

Gonzalez made it 4-2 in the fourth when he lined a double to left, advanced to third on a groundout and scored on a wild pitch.

The Twins extended the lead to 5-2 in the fifth on an RBI double by Arraez, driving in Kepler who had doubled. The Reds closed to 5-3 on a pinch-hit RBI single by Nick Castellanos but Minnesota answered with two runs in the bottom half on an RBI single by Arraez and a sacrifice fly by Rosario.
