MOOSE JAW, SASK. — Team Nova Scotia was eliminated from the Scotties Tournament of Hearts on Thursday.

The Mary-Anne Arsenault-skipped Nova Scotians, which includes Sydney River’s Christina Black as third, were defeated 5-4 by British Columbia in the Pool ‘B’ tie-breaker.

Nova Scotia and British Columbia met in the round robin on Wednesday with Nova Scotia winning the game 10-4.

The tournament marked the final time the Marry-Anne Arsenault rink will play together. Arsenault will be moving to British Columbia to join her fiancé.

With the win, British Columbia advances to the tournament championship round.
