Andrew Symonds’ rink could have clinched that berth with a win in the final regular-schedule draw of the season, but lost 7-4 in an upset to Stacie Curtis. That result, and Heather Strong’s 8-2 win over provincial junior champion Greg Blyde, means Symonds and Strong, both with 7-4 records, will play to decide who will get into the Page playoffs. Paul Harvey and Mark Noseworthy, both with double lives, and Andrew Boland skip the other playoff entries.
