Chad Brinson is the new technical director for Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador
Brinson worked with HNL as a student while he completed his bachelor of recreation degree through Memorial University of Newfoundland. Since earning his degree in 2017, he has worked with the Town of Paradise and Green Belt Tennis Club.
Brinson is also an NCCP Development 1 certified coach and has been a goaltending coach instructor for the provincial association for the last three years.
Brinson, who begins his new job in two weeks, replaces Paul Dagg, who held the position for six years prior to joining the coaching staff with the ECHL’s Newfoundland Growlers in September.
