Representatives from minor, female, junior and senior hockey divisions will be present.
The provincial governing body will also conduct training sessions for coaching and grass roots facilitators.
On the agenda for the weekend will be preparations for the 2018 provincial Winter Games and sanctions in junior and senior hockey. As well, presentations on the new regulations and policies for the upcoming season will be delivered, including a new policy on the return to play protocol.
The meeting opens Friday evening with a general session and the annual financial report.
