Everyone loves a parade.

So when are the Newfoundland Growlers holding theirs?

Plans for the Growlers’ Kelly Cup victory parade are expected to be finalized today, but expectations are that it could take place sometime late Friday afternoon.

Also to be determined is the parade route, although the early word is that it could be through the central part of the downtown, with the possibility of a finish in a George Street rally where the team will get to show off the ECHL championship trophy it claimed with a 4-3 win over the Toledo Walleye Tuesday night at Mile One Centre.
