The seventh annual Auxiliary Cup is set to take place Saturday.
The RCMP will take on the Ascension Astros Jan. 12. Game time is 8 p.m. at the Bay Arena in Bay Roberts.
This event was created by two RCMP Auxiliary members, Ruben Peach and Sean Lewis, as a means to connect RCMP members with local youth. The event has grown to help raise funds for the high school safe grad and to support the local food bank.
Admission is a non-perishable food item and there will be chances to win raffle prizes as well as a 50-50 draw.
