St. John's Junior Hockey League's all-star game tonight in Torbay

The St. John’s Junior Hockey League’s annual showcase event is set for tonight at Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay, where 50 of the SJJHL’s top players will take to the ice in the league’s 18th all-star game

Team Tobin will be made up of players from City Division teams — the Mount Pearl Blades, St. John's Caps Avalon Capitals and Northeast Eagles — taking on Team Taylor, representing the Avalon Division and C.B.R. Renegades, C.B.N. Stars, Trinity-Placentia Flyers and Southern Shore Breakers.
The Breakers lead the league by four points after a 5-2 win over the Stars Monday night in Bay Roberts, but the second, third and fourth spots in the standings belong to the City Division’s Caps, Capitals and Blades.
Admission for tonight’s game is $7. Children under 10 years of age will admitted free and all minor hockey players are asked to wear their jerseys.
The game will be webcast at http://tv1.bellaliant.ca.
