It was the end of an era Tuesday night at St. Pat’s Ball Park as Carl Lake worked the first base line umpiring his last baseball game, a St. John’s Molson Intermediate Baseball League tilt. Tuesday’s appearance marked Lake’s 53rd year wearing the blue at St. Pat’s.
Storm and Feildians clashed in the game, with the Storm coming out on top 11-0.
