Newfoundland and Labrador finished in 10th place with an 0-6 record at the Baseball Canada Cup under-17 championship in Regina, Sask.

Newfoundland lost 13-0 in five innings to Alberta Sunday in the 9th-10th game. In other games, Newfoundland lost 13-3 to Manitoba, 16-9 to P.E.I., 11-6 to Alberta, 12-11 to Nova Scotia and 10-5 to New Brunswick.
