Memorial University Sea-Hawks basketball star Nathan Barker is once again The Telegram sports department’s choice as athlete of the week.
Barker, from Massey Drive, had back-to-back games of 31- and 34 points in the Sea-Hawks’ split with St. Francis Xavier X-Men in Antigonish, N.S. last weekend.
Barker now leads the conference in scoring, averaging 22.2 points per game.
