The regular season of the 2019 Tely Junior Golf Tour came to an end Thursday at the Admiral's Green Course at Pippy Park in St. John’s, where juvenile golfer Karsen Best of Bally Haly Country Club recorded an 85, the top score of the day.

Best finished two strokes ahead of Evan Mitchell, another Bally Haly golfer, in the juvenile division.

In the bantam boys section, where competition was over nine holes, Griffen Gallant of Clovelly captured his first divisional title carding a 38 for a nine-stroke win over Drew Hudson also of Clovelly.

While Thursday’s event concluded the Tour’s regular schedule, one more event remains. That’s the Tour Championship set for Monday on the Twin Rivers Course at Terra Nova Resort & Golf Community in Port Blandford.
