The standings are pretty tight among the first four teams in the Johnson Insurance provincial men’s soccer league.

They could be much tighter depending on the results of games tonight.

At King George V Park in St. John’s, defending champion Holy Cross takes on league-leading Feildians.

The Crusaders trail the Double Blues by five points, but have a game in hand. Wins in the league are worth three points, meaning Feildians could add to their lead in standings or Holy Cross could close to within two points of the first-place club, depending on the result.

A victory would also move Cross to within a single point of the second-place St. Lawrence Laurentians, who have played two more games than the Crusaders.

Meanwhile, at the Gushue Complex, the C.B.S. That Pro Look Strikers, who are also five points behind Feildians, look to end a three-game winless skid as they take on homestanding Mount Pearl ProActive Physio, still looking for its first win of the season.

Both games have 7 p.m. starts.
