Paradise North Atlantic came close Wednesday night, but fell just short of earning its first point in Johnson Insurance Challenge Cup men's soccer.

Daniel Agbesse scored the game's only goal 14 minutes into the secoond half and Scott Budden posted the shutout at the Topsail Complex as the C.B.S. That Pro Look Strikers blanked Paradise 1-0.

The result was Paradise's ninth loss in as many Challenge Cup games this season,

The win moved the Strikers (5-3-1) to within two points of second-place Feildians Stavanger Dental, although Feildians has two games in hand.
