Look out, Drake. There’s another rapper vying for Kawhi Leonard’s attention.
In the wake of reports that the Toronto superstar was “mounting his own recruiting campaign” to get Leonard to stay with the Toronto Raptors, Snoop Dogg has taken to social media to do some recruiting of his own for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Snoop, a well-known supporter of L.A. sports teams, posted a video of himself singing modified lyrics for Michael Jackson’s Human Nature.
“Kawhi, Kawhi, tell me that you’ll be a Laker. Kawhi, Kawhi, come back to L.A.,” Snoop croons, adding, “Don’t do Drake that way.”
He ends his musical pitch with some NSFW language and a fervent “Let’s go, Lakers.”
