The local softball season may be over, but Softball NL will still be busy with camps and clinics this weekend.
The first event is 2019 NL women’s team ID camp being held at St. Kevin’s Junior High School and the Techniplex in St. John’s today through Sunday.
Sessions are 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday at St. Kevin’s, sandwiched around one between 10 a.m. and noon on Saturday at the Techniplex.

“Softball Fever” youth camps for boys and girls aged 10 to 12 are being held at the Techniplex Saturday and Sunday, with four separate sessions.
There is a $30 fee for each session, with sessions 1-3 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. both days. The fees are payable the day of the clinic.

NL women’s head coach Andrea Wolf and assistant Dwayne Connolly are the instructors.
Wolf, who was also head coach 2018 CCSA national champion University Regina Cougars, is holding a coaching pitching clinic 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Goulds Recreation Centre, with a registration fee of $30.
