Three junior-age players from the Swilers Rugby Club in St. John’s have been selected to represent Canada in upcoming competitions.
Under-18s Evan Mackenzie and Alex Hickman will play with the Canadian side in the North America 4 (NA4) competition in Phoenix, Ariz., next month, while 16-year-old Campbell Clarke has been named to the national under-19 team that will tour Ireland.
All three began their rugby careers playing in the Swilers under-12 division.
