SYDNEY, N.S. — We Are Golf released its economic impact report for golf in Canada for 2019 recently.

According to the report, In Atlantic Canada, the sport had 13,974 jobs along with $505.8 million in household income and $263.6 million in government tax revenue.

The report also indicated golf directly contributed $465.7 million in GDP in Atlantic Canada and employed 9,254 individuals.

The report didn't include a breakdown of each individual province in Atlantic Canada.
