It was a wet day in the capital city on Thursday, April 20, 2023, especially for pedestrians out for a stroll, contending with the rain, drizzle and fog. The inclement weather though didn’t fizz on this duo as they were walking eastward on Empire Avenue near Stamp’s, one with Tim Hortons’s coffee cup in hand.
