CINDY'S SNAPSHOT: A walk in the fog

Grandma Says: It’s good for your complexion; summer fog is also good to keep the heat down. This couple didn’t seem to mind it nor did they mind having their photo taken. Truth be told, they might not have seen Janny VanHouwelingen through the thick fog at St Vincent’s Beach. The area is a popular spot for whale watchers to gather, on a clear day. It’s located about halfway between Mistaken Point UNESCO Site in Portugal Cove/Trepessary area and the Salmonier Nature Park/Wild Golf Resort on the Irish Loop.
