CINDY'S SNAPSHOT: Blossoms on the way

This beautiful photo is so welcoming; it makes me want to go for a stroll. Phil Vogler was out and about last weekend when he came across this apple orchard along highway #221 near Grafton NS. He has noticed that the blossoms are late this year: “I would say that they are at least a week behind the last few seasons. We do however have lots of dandelions for the bees.” With more warm weather on the way, the apple blossoms will soon pop, transforming the Annapolis Valley into a feast for the eyes and the nose.
