CINDY'S SNAPSHOT: Magical morning surprise

Chris Pharo was so impressed by the photo his wife, Cathy, took last week that he wanted to share it with everyone.  The Pharo's have a great view of the Summerside Harbour from their front porch. The colours that morning were staggering. Where did the foam come from? It's just snow with some magic from the early morning light.
