Michele Lawlor was out for a drive when she came across this very familiar scene on Prince Edward Island.
The gorgeous red soil had been worked and was ready to grow the island’s most famous crop.
The red, iron-rich soil is perfectly suited for potatoes, as it retains just the right amount of moisture during the growing season.
