Some of the photos I receive should be framed and hung on a wall. That’s how I feel about this incredible picture taken by Phil Vogler. I’m not sure how he did it, but very glad that he did and that he was kind enough to share it with all of us. The photo was taken earlier this month at Turner's Brook (Bay of Fundy) just as the tide was changing’ that’s Isle Haute in the background. Phil said it was -3 and windy at the time.
